Our Track Record with Governments & State Bodies

Maven has been working with government clients since 2014. One of our longest-running partnerships spans more than seven years under a long-term contract providing nationwide court interpretation support across up to 60 languages.

We have worked with European and North American embassies and consulates, including long-term cooperation with U.S. embassies. We have also delivered large-scale interpretation projects for the U.S. Federal Government involving teams of more than 20 interpreters and full technical equipment support outside the United States.

We support individuals throughout embassy processes, visa applications, official interviews, and other formal proceedings.

Beyond institutional government work, we also support government-linked and public-sector organizations in trade, education, and investment, including the British Council and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

We work with government bodies such as ministries of foreign affairs, high courts, federal government agencies, embassies, and consulates.
Can you support individuals going through embassy or consular processes?
Yes. We provide certified translation and interpretation for visa applications, official interviews, and formal proceedings for individuals approaching embassies or consulates.
How do you handle security and confidentiality requirements for government projects?
Government assignments often involve strict vetting requirements. We screen interpreters for security clearance eligibility, work permit compliance, and professional conduct standards before assigning them to sensitive government projects.
Can you handle last-minute government interpretation requests?
Yes. Government work often comes with short notice. We maintain a broad network of vetted interpreters across multiple regions, which allows us to mobilize quickly without compromising on quality or compliance.
